Screaming Gull LLC

We build native iOS apps, websites, and the internal tools that keep real work moving — designed local-first, tested properly, and delivered working.

What we build

Native iOS apps

SwiftUI apps built for the platform rather than ported onto it. Data that lives on the device, integrations with the things people already use — Reminders, Calendar, Shortcuts, widgets — and test suites that actually run.

Websites

Hand-built sites that load instantly, read well on a phone, and survive being pasted into LinkedIn. Structured data so search engines understand the page, and hosting that costs close to nothing to keep running.

Internal tools

Dashboards, integrations, and the workflow plumbing that turns a manual process into a few reviewed clicks. Built against your live systems, with guardrails, so nothing goes out unchecked.

Selected work

kete/

Family planner for iPhone

One clear picture of a household's week. Apple Reminders keeps the tasks, the shared calendar keeps the events, and Kete stitches them together — managed recurrence with per-instance history, a fridge-door PDF, and voice capture that turns "soccer Tuesday at four" into the right item on the right list. No server, no account, nothing new to sign into.

fantail/

Website for a coaching practice

A single-page site for an independent coach: booking that opens in one tap, structured data so the practice shows up correctly in search, and a social card that renders properly everywhere it gets shared. Fast on a phone, cheap to host, easy to edit.
